Hutong’s Saturday Imperial Brunch pays tribute to the Manchu-Han Imperial Feast, a legendary banquet in the Qing dynasty. Become immersed in traditional Chinese entertainment from Hutong’s resident DJ whilst indulging in a three-course menu of Northern Chinese cuisine. The sharing feast showcases dim-sum, steamed bao buns and signature dishes, such as Chicken Stir-Fried in Truffle Sauce and Wok-Tossed Seabass with Leeks. The celebratory feast finishes with an assortment of beautifully presented desserts. Saturdays, from 12.30pm to 4pm.
